睡眠不足伤身啊！

刚从朋友那里看到了这篇报道，感觉到这不是在说着我吗？睡眠少于6小时的人，会发胖，糖尿病，心脏病，压力。难怪我总觉得自己越变越胖了！平时没上课的时间还好，可以早睡早起后再作功课，但如果是有上课的那几天我简直就日夜都在忙了，那时我也是“早”睡早起的！如果也是学生的你，应该明白我的意思吧！=P
还记得从幼稚园起，老师就叫我们什么叫早睡早起，但跟着时间慢慢长大的我，发现我们是要面对事实的，在这现实生活当中就只有忙碌的生活。睡眠是不重要的！因为我们都明白，如果你不好好加油，别人就在你后头追着上了！压力是难免的，我们又能怎样呢？但我还是会好好努力为自己的身体健康着想，希望我的朋友们都和我一样健康！有时间就出去旅行吧！我好久没去旅行了，好怀念那些可以轻松的生活！不知道我的下一站旅行是哪里呢？

Gua Tempurung Trip + Ipoh

A Friday that different feel!

On morning, I have wake up on 7am,prepare properly & get ready for my amazing trip to Gua Tempurung with my classmates!
We went there around 8.40am & the the ticket seller is not yet be there,as what the staff already there told us they actually start on 9am,so we wait!Unfortunately,while we waiting,the sky starting look abit dark with some wind.The tour guide Uncle Mustaffa went there,he told us we need cancel the trip.We all sure curious for what's happening?He said when the weather look like going to rain,this means the water level will getting higher which as high as normal 3 persons.It was totally scary to hear abt that,but this also depends on the area.After they have discuss for so long,we all are thinking whether we should cancel for this trip or juz join in.At last,the conclusion was,the tour guide was promise to guide us to have a walk,but we change the plan from stage 4 to stage 3 only,which is also will wet the body,but not walk till so far.Heard they say the last stage if after we walk in & if there is raining outside there.We will really meet the strong water as water fall from upstair & cover we all suddenly.He use as Tsunami to describe for us,this make us feel more nervous.B4 go in,he taught us if really the water suddenly come from anywhere,we should find some place that high to climb up!After the whole trip,we went to KFC to fill up our stomach.On afternoon that around 5.00pm,I went to Ipoh Jusco to have a dinner with my housemates.After that,we watched the movie name "Happy go Lucky"!It was a funny movie.
After the movie,we have a walk in the shopping mall & at last we went to Secret Recipe to have a sit,while we looking for the menu what we wanna eat,my housemate bring me the cakes that showing below came from my back side & they all are singing the birthday song to me.I really feel surprise for sure!haha...Look at the cake,so cute & nice.There are all my housemates name on the top!Juz wanna say thx everyone! =D I really enjoy the day for me!

My 21st Birthday clebration!

1. Buffet Steamboat!!!“金钱肉干” which we can't get from KL,that's my favorite!

That's a surprise celebration for my 21st birthday from my classmates!
Below are the presents they gave me,a set of Winnie the Pooh tissue cover + hp mini bag!

2. Within the sem break,my foundation classmate + housemate went to my house to stay for few days.My family have celebrate my birthday with the Secret Recipe cake which I had choose my favorite Chocolate Banana cake!

3. A half day trip that we have drive all the way from Kajang to Subang,then Sri Petaling,turn back to Subang,next to Damansara,back to Subang again & the last the place which we wanna go to at last KLANG!!!
Brendan had invited us to the KLANG for dinner on Friday.At there.I met Zhong Xin again which we had our last met last yr around christmas period for a Klang Trip.Felt happy!
The most surprise was Brendan had bought me a birthday cake which my favorite also
绿茶红豆!!!Tell u guys one thing,in fact the day b4,I juz discuss with my mum,Kampar has a cake I like,then the next day I get it!It really let me feel so amazing!

4. The 21st birthday gift from mum, a Silky Girl perfume that smell nice~mmm~~ ^_^
Besides that, she also bought me a nice necklace!

5. Dad also bought a necklace and a bracelet with my mum from the Wah Chan 321K Diamond shop!It really look nice!Thx for my parents & appreciate all the gift from everyone!
6. Besides that,I also have a celebration in restaurant with my "gu zhang" which that birthday same date as me.

7. My er jiu also spend er jiu mu & me western food at Restaurant Paradise,coz my birthday juz 2 days after er jiu mu birthday,so he celebrate together for 2 of us.Thx for his spend!

8. when I came back to hostel get ready for my new sem, my roommate (Yen), Wendy,Hang & Meen Chee have gave me the birthday gift which a set of bed sheet showing below.The green colour look nice,I really like it,thx girls!
